Workshop 2 - 27 March 2018

Audacious second Workshop, took place at H603, Otago Polytechnic Lecture Hall.

Dr Mitra Etemaddar, Director of the Masters of Entrepreneurship Programme at the Otago Business School, was the guest lecturer at the workshop. DrEtemaddar introduced the lean Business Model Canvas , and took participants through each of the sections using international business examples to explain the complexity of each section.

DrEtemaddar provided interactive exercises, had everyone working in teams and presenting their ideas back to the group. Even for those who were familiar with the LBMC, the exercises still revealed new perspectives on business planning and prompted ideas in relation to their own business plans.
